Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to use this website, including people who are blind or partially sighted.
Last updated: 29 October 2026
Our commitment
Helvaro wants everyone to be able to use this website: including people who are blind or partially sighted, use a screen reader or magnifier, or only use a keyboard.
We follow the international guidelines for accessible websites (WCAG 2.2) and aim for level AA.
What already works
- Language: Every page has the correct language set, so a screen reader pronounces the text correctly.
- Images: Images have a description, or are marked as decorative so a screen reader skips them.
- Skip to content: At the top of every page there is a link to skip the navigation.
- Keyboard: Buttons and links get a visible outline when you reach them with the Tab key.
- Reduced motion: If you have reduced motion turned on in your device, the animations on this website stay still.
What is not right yet
We are honest about what is still missing:
- The website has not yet been audited by an independent party. This statement is based on our own review.
- The animated conversation examples have not yet been fully tested with screen readers.
We are working on these points and will update this page as soon as something changes.
Stuck somewhere?
Email us at info@helvaro.pro. Tell us which page it was and what went wrong.
We reply within five working days. If something does not work on the website, we will send you the information in another form, for example as plain text by email.
The app
Signing in means using the app at app.helvaro.pro. There too, motion stops when reduced motion is on, and the animated example on the sign-in screen has a pause button.
