Hosting
Helvaro runs on worldwide cloud infrastructure from international providers. Your data may therefore also be processed outside the European Union, including in the United States. It is never sold.

Retention period
Conversations and files are kept as long as your account exists. You delete your whole account yourself via Settings in the dashboard. When you sign up we keep your IP address and a browser fingerprint for 30 days, to prevent abuse.
What you control
- Your salesperson can take over any conversation at any moment.
- You read every conversation live and in full afterwards.
- Per action type you choose what goes past a salesperson first.
- The action log shows what was done, when and by whom.
- Every account only sees its own conversations and data.
- You pause any workflow yourself, straight away.
AI transparency
On your website the buyer sees in every conversation that they are talking to an AI assistant. The system never denies being an AI, and if a buyer asks for a person, your team takes over.
