We are looking for five garages for the first measurement. See the pilot
planned

Helvaro and Autoflex.

A booked slot only becomes work once there is a work order attached to it. This integration is on the list, there is not a line of code yet, and we would rather say so now than during a demo.

Where this sits in your business.

Helvaro does not replace your package. It stands in front of it, in the spot where nobody stands today.

The customer Calls, messages or fills in the form.
Helvaro Captures, recognises the car, qualifies and schedules.
Autoflex Receives the appointment and turns it into a work order.
The workshop Sees the job listed the way it is used to.

What the integration is going to do.

From appointment to work order

The aim is that a booked slot automatically becomes a work order, with the type of job and the expected duration attached.

Workshop planning as the source

The planning in the package decides what can be offered, not a separate calendar living alongside it.

Customer data in one place

No second customer base slowly drifting apart from the first.

Feedback after the job

What was done and what was noticed is the trigger for the next reminder or quote.

planned

This is a plan, not a promise. Nothing has been built yet. It is here because garages ask us about it and because we let that shape our order of work, not because it is nearly ready.

What is already possible today
  • Appointments in Google Calendar
  • A daily list of booked appointments, exportable
  • Read back and export every conversation
What is not yet possible
  • Creating work orders
  • Reading the workshop planning
  • Synchronising customer data

Do you work with this package? Say so in the first conversation. The order of what we build is decided by the garages taking part.

Short and honest.

Can we start now already?

Yes, but then without this integration. Many garages start with missed calls or MOT, because no package integration is needed for those.

Are you waiting for something?

On a garage that uses this package and wants to take part. Building without someone who uses it straight away usually produces the wrong integration.

What if it never comes?

Then the export and the calendar remain the way of working. Less elegant, but it holds up no workflow at all.

Can we have a say?

Gladly. Whoever is in the pilot helps decide which fields need to come across and in what order we build.

Do you work in this package?

Tell us which package you work in. We will say honestly whether it can be done today, or when it can.
