We are looking for five garages for the first measurement. See the pilot

We do not yet have a result to show. So let us not show any.

Most sites of this kind carry percentages without a source and satisfied customers without a surname. We do not have those, because Helvaro has not been running in a workshop long enough to say anything hard. This page explains what we do instead.

What we do say
  • The system is running and you can talk to it today
  • WhatsApp, website and form are live
  • Appointments land in Google Calendar
  • You read back every conversation and stop every agent yourself
  • What is still being built is marked as in development
What we do not say
  • That we raise your turnover by a particular percentage
  • That an agent never makes a mistake
  • That an integration is finished before it works at a garage
  • That we already have workshop customers we are allowed to name
  • That this fits every garage

This list probably costs us customers. It also brings us better ones.

Five garages. One number. Four weeks.

Not an elaborate study with twenty variables. One measurement we both understand and that cannot afterwards be explained away as chance.

Week 0

Baseline

For two weeks we count what comes in and what happens to it, with nothing switched on. How many calls, how many unanswered, how many appointments. This figure is the starting point.

Week 1

One workflow switched on

Not everything at once. We switch on the workflow with the biggest gap, usually missed calls or MOT. The rest stays off, so the effect can be attributed.

Weeks 2 to 5

Measuring and adjusting

Every week we read conversations back and adjust what goes wrong. You see exactly what was said and what was scheduled.

Week 6

The number

How much extra customer contact became an appointment, compared with the baseline. If it disappoints, we write that down. That is the deal.

The only number that counts

How much customer contact became a workshop appointment, before and after?

Not satisfaction, not response time, not the number of messages. One ratio, measured the same way before and after, in the same workshop.

What you bring in and what you get back.

You bring in
  • One workflowYou switch one on, not your entire business.
  • Six weeksTwo weeks of measuring, four weeks of running.
  • Half an hour a weekTo read along and say what needs to be better.
  • Permission to measureAnonymous in the write-up, unless you want to be named.
You get back
  • Pilot rateA sharp rate we lock in for as long as you stay a customer.
  • Your own numbersIn black and white, yours, even if you stop afterwards.
  • Setup includedWe set it up, you do not have to read a manual.
  • Influence on what gets builtThe first garages decide which integration is finished first.

Five places, because we could not properly support more. If you are among them and it does not fit, we will say so in the first conversation.

What a case study here will look like.

So you can judge now whether it will be worth anything later. If one of these six is missing, it is not a case study but a testimonial.

  • The situationWhich business, how many mechanics, what was going wrong.
  • The baselineThe real numbers from before we started.
  • What was switched onWhich workflow, from when, and what was not.
  • The resultThe same measurement afterwards, with the same method.
  • What it producedIn euros where that can honestly be said.
  • The owner himselfWith his name, a photo in his own workshop and his own words.

Do you want to be one of the five?

Twenty minutes, your own numbers on the table. After that you know whether it fits, and we know whether we can help you.
