The registration is half the conversation.

Seven characters supply make, model, year and the date the MOT expires. That is exactly the context a general assistant lacks and that makes a conversation usable in a workshop.

Where this sits in your business.

Helvaro does not replace your package. It stands in front of it, in the spot where nobody stands today.

The customer Gives his registration in the conversation.
Helvaro Looks up the vehicle and uses it as context.
RDW registration The open vehicle register supplies the data.
The workshop Gets an appointment with the car already attached.

What the integration is going to do.

Recognising the vehicle

Make, model, year and fuel. The customer does not have to explain what he drives and you do not have to guess.

MOT expiry date

The trigger for the entire reminder workflow, and at the same time the answer to whether an inspection is still due.

The right job and duration

Which car it is helps determine how long a service takes and which parts go with it.

Asking fewer questions

Every question you do not have to ask is one less moment at which a customer drops out.

in development

This is being worked on. In the conversations you see today we already use the registration as the starting point of the conversation; the direct integration with the register is not finished. As long as that is the case, this says "in development".

What is already possible today
  • The registration as the starting point of the conversation
  • Vehicle data you supply or record yourself
  • MOT dates from your own records
What is not yet possible
  • Querying the open vehicle register directly
  • Automatic updating when an MOT has been registered
  • Data that goes beyond what is publicly available

Belgian number plates work differently from Dutch ones. If you work on both sides of the border, say so in the first conversation.

Short and honest.

Do you store registrations?

Only for as long as the conversation and the appointment need it, with a retention period you set yourself. What is stored is in the privacy policy.

Is that simply allowed?

Vehicle data by registration is publicly available. What we store and link to a person does fall under the GDPR, and we handle that the same way as the rest of your customer data.

Does this also work for Belgian plates?

The Dutch register is a different source from the Belgian one. For Belgian businesses we work today with the data you supply yourself.

What if the registration is wrong?

Then it asks further instead of guessing. A typo should not produce the wrong appointment.

Seven characters, and the conversation is already half done.

Tell us which package you work in. We will say honestly whether it can be done today, or when it can.
