Helvaro is a sales system for car dealerships. It answers questions about your vehicles on your website and WhatsApp, qualifies the buyer and puts the appointment in your calendar. It is built for independent dealerships and used-car dealers with roughly 40 to 300 vehicles in stock.
You connect your website, a business WhatsApp number, your stock and your Google Calendar. When a question comes in, Helvaro answers with the data from your stock and keeps everything in one file per buyer. Your salesperson reads along and can take over at any moment.
Helvaro uses language models from external providers to understand messages and draft replies. The system says in its first message that the customer is talking to an AI. Per type of action, you decide what it may do on its own and what goes past a staff member first.
From you as a customer: your name, email address, company details and your billing via Stripe. From your buyers: their name and contact details, their messages, the vehicle in question, what they say themselves about budget, timing, trade-in and financing, and their appointments. When you sign up, we keep your IP address and a browser fingerprint for 30 days to prevent abuse.
To deliver the service: answering enquiries, following up buyers, scheduling appointments and giving you an overview. Also for billing and to prevent abuse. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
As a customer, you delete your entire account yourself under Settings in the dashboard. To view or correct your data, email info@helvaro.pro; we reply within one month. If you are a buyer at a dealership that uses Helvaro, contact that dealership: it decides about your data, and we help it carry out your request.
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser only remembers your language choice and whether you closed the guide. Fonts come from Google, and the booking page shows a calendar from Google. In the app we only use cookies needed to log in and remember your language.
You try Helvaro free for 14 days, without card details. After that you pay monthly, with no setup fees. You cancel monthly through the billing portal in your dashboard.
